We had a wonderful trip to Disney, and Jeanne's help in planning our trip was a huge reason for how much fun we had! She was so easy to work with, and she was patient and knowledgeable with all of the questions we asked. She got us Fast Passes for all of the rides we most wanted, and had great suggestions for restaurants. Thank you Jeanne for helping us have such an amazing trip, and we can't wait until we can go back!

Jeanne’s knowledge of Disney was invaluable to us when we went to Disney World during spring break. Our group of seven (grandparents, parents, one teen, one pre-teen and a seven year old) had a wonderful time due to Jeanne’s planning. We gave her a list of three ”must do” items for each day and she was able to make it work. Her planning allowed us to minimize travel time between parks, her dining reservations and suggestions were excellent, we were able to get Fast Passes to all the high demand rides which eliminated hours long waiting in lines and her tips helped us navigate the system. What a memory making, fun experience it was with Jeanne’s organizational skills, knowledge of the park and her enthusiasm for Disney! We decided to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary by taking our family of 12 on a Disney cruise to Alaska. We thought a Disney cruise would offer the best entertainment for our age range of 9–73 years. We quickly realized it was complicated and a bit overwhelming to actually book it! We had never been on a cruise before. We were so relieved and fortunate to find Jeanne Box to help us navigate through all the options and get everything booked. It was very apparent she had a lot of experience with Disney cruises. She took care of all the details and gave advice re: passports, the cabins, luggage, what to wear, how to book excursions, etc. We changed our mind re:the first cabin assignments and she quickly and efficiently changed them. She told us what to expect when embarking and disembarking. When we arrived at our cabins she had some fun gifts waiting for us! Throughout the cruise we were treated royally.
